Exchanges and refunds
If your order does not suit you, simply return it to us (at your expense) within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund or exchange.
Socks and pacifier clips are final sale due to hygiene reasons. All other returnable items must be in their original condition. Please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
How to proceed with the exchange/refund?

1. Customer name
2. Customer telephone and email
3. Order number and order date
4. Item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason for the return.
5. If you want an exchange, please mention your replacement item or tell us that you want a refund.

Deliveries
Delivery is free from $75 and more (before taxes).
Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase and delivery times in Quebec and Ontario are standard, i.e. 2 to 7 business days. For other provinces, you can expect up to 12 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped including a tracking number to track your package.
