Exchanges and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us (at your expense) within 14 days of receiving your package to obtain a refund or an exchange.
Socks and pacifier clips are final sale for hygiene reasons. All other returnable items must be in their original condition. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I proceed with the exchange/refund?

2. Customer's phone number and email address
3. Order number and order date
4. Item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason for the return.
5. If you would like an exchange, please mention your replacement item or let us know that you would like a refund.

Deliveries
$5 delivery
Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, and delivery times in Quebec and Ontario are standard, ranging from 2 to 7 business days. For other provinces, please allow up to 12 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped, including a tracking number to track your package.
